笔记本型号为huawei matebook 14 2023
具体问题为：之前装过Ubuntu，也没声音；且都表现为接一个有线耳机后，耳机中能够听到声音，麦克风依旧无声。
尝试过https://forum.archlinuxcn.org/t/topic/13106和https://bbs.deepin.org.cn/zh/post/275394两种方法，都没效果
